To do this job well, surgeons need to have medical knowledge, physical strength, and mental stability. They must work carefully because they perform operations on people’s bodies. In fact, both men and women can be surgeons because they have the same chance to learn and develop their skills. Having both male and female surgeons is beneficial because patients may feel more comfortable and can receive better care.
