Over the past five years, the most significant shift in my lifestyle has been the transition from a sedentary routine to prioritizing physical and mental well-being. Previously, I spent most of my free time watching TV or scrolling through social media, rarely exercising and eating inconsistently. The decision to change stemmed from a persistent feeling of fatigue and a lack of energy. I started by walking 30 minutes daily and gradually transitioned to regular jogging and yoga sessions. Concurrently, I became more mindful of my diet, reducing fast food intake and increasing my consumption of vegetables and fruits. As a result, I not only improved my physical shape but also felt mentally refreshed, optimistic, and far more energetic. This transformation has significantly improved my overall quality of life.
