The best part of city life is the convenience; everything from modern shopping malls to high-quality hospitals is just a few minutes away. Furthermore, there are endless career opportunities and diverse entertainment options like cinemas and parks. Although the heavy traffic and noise can be stressful at times, the energetic lifestyle and the chance to meet diverse people make it an exciting place to live and grow.

Over the past five years, the most significant shift in my lifestyle has been the transition from a sedentary routine to prioritizing physical and mental well-being. Previously, I spent most of my free time watching TV or scrolling through social media, rarely exercising and eating inconsistently. The decision to change stemmed from a persistent feeling of fatigue and a lack of energy. I started by walking 30 minutes daily and gradually transitioned to regular jogging and yoga sessions. Concurrently, I became more mindful of my diet, reducing fast food intake and increasing my consumption of vegetables and fruits. As a result, I not only improved my physical shape but also felt mentally refreshed, optimistic, and far more energetic. This transformation has significantly improved my overall quality of life.
