My stress mainly comes from the pressure of too much schoolwork and occasional peer pressure from friends. Furthermore, spending too much time on social media often leads to unnecessary worry and comparison.

​To manage this, I consciously try staying calm and relaxed when tasks pile up. If the academic load is too much, talking to teachers helps me find solutions. Crucially, I make sure to turn off my smartphone while studying to improve focus and maintain mental well-being, which significantly reduces my overall stress levels.
