Living a healthy lifestyle is very important for everyone. When we eat healthy food such as vegetables and fruit, our body becomes stronger. Doing exercise every day helps us stay fit and active. A healthy lifestyle also helps us sleep better and feel happier. If we have good habits, we can study well and enjoy life more every day.

Topic 2: Family traditions at New Year

At New Year, my family has some nice traditions. Before Tet, we clean and decorate the house together. We buy flowers and prepare special food for the holiday. On the first day of the new year, we wear new clothes and visit our relatives. We also give good wishes to each other. These traditions make our family happy and closer.

I often help my family with many small things at home. Every day, I clean my room and arrange my books. I also wash the dishes and help my parents cook meals when I have time. Sometimes, I look after my younger brother or sister. Helping my family makes my parents happy and teaches me to be responsible.

As a teen, I often feel stressed. There are many things that make students like me feel stressed. First, peer pressure makes me nervous because I often compare myself with my friends and try to be as good as them. Second, I have too much schoolwork, so I feel tired and don’t have enough time to relax or do what I enjoy. I also spend too much time on social media, which makes me lose focus and sleep late at night. Besides, bullying can hurt students’ feelings and make them scared to go to school. To reduce stress, I try to stay calm, talk to my teachers when I have problems, turn off my smartphone when studying, and avoid bullies whenever possible. These ways really help me feel better and happier.
