1.Living a healthy lifestyle offers many advantages for both the body and the mind. Regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and enough sleep help people feel more energetic and focused each day. Good health reduces the risk of illness, allowing individuals to study, work, and enjoy hobbies more easily. In addition, healthy habits improve mood, build confidence, and support long-term well-being and independence.
2.My family has several meaningful traditions at New Year that bring us closer together. On New Year’s Eve, we clean the house to welcome good luck and a fresh start. At midnight, we share a special meal, watch fireworks, and wish each other happiness and success. We also talk about our goals for the new year and spend time laughing together.\
3.I try to help my family in many simple but meaningful ways. Every day, I clean my room and help my parents with household chores such as washing the dishes and sweeping the floor. At weekends, I go shopping with my mother and help her cook meals. I also take care of my younger siblings and support them with their homework.

One of the main causes of my stress is having too many assignments and deadlines at the same time. Balancing schoolwork, part-time work, and personal responsibilities can feel overwhelming. Sometimes, I struggle to manage my time effectively, which adds to the pressure. To reduce my stress, I try to create a weekly schedule and set small goals each day. Taking short breaks, staying organized, and asking for help when needed also help me stay focused and calm. Practicing deep breathing and getting enough sleep also make a big difference.
