To help my family, I can do a lot of things. I often wash the dishes after meals, sometimes I clean the kitchen and wipe the table. I also help my mother and my father clean the house, water the plants, and cook. Sometimes, I help my cousin by helping with homework, I often play sports with him after that. I'm not just do only these things, there are more and you an do these things too! These actions make our home better, my parents feel more relaxed and they can help me stay healthy.

I often feel stressed because of many reasons, some of them like homeworks, exams, expectations from my parents, and maybe from myself too. At school, I have to study hard in order to complete homeworks of different subjects.I also have to take many exams and try to get good marks because I don't want to make my parents sad.I often put pressure on myself because I don't want to make my parents sad, I don't want to see myself as well as my friends, and many things like that.That is why I often feel stressed out.I don't want myself always stressed out so I have many solutions to reduce that.For example is sleep and eat some delicious and sweet food I don't know why these activities can reduce my stress and make me happy, but that is how it works.Another one is talk or chat with my friends, they often listen to me so I feel comfortable to talk and share with them my story and everything.I'm happy that I have them as my friends.
