One big reason why I feel stressed is because I don't manage my time well. I often do things late and let tasks pile up until the deadline, which makes me feel pressured. I also get distracted easily by social media or unimportant things. To reduce stress, I can make a daily plan, break tasks into smaller parts, and do them step by step. I should also take proper breaks, get enough sleep, and try to focus better when working so that everything feels easier.
