I often feel stressed because of too much schoolwork. I have many homework assignments, tests, and group projects, so I don’t have enough time to relax. Another reason is that I spend too much time on social media. It makes me tired and takes away my focus. To reduce stress, I try to stay calm and take deep breaths. I also turn off my smartphone when I study. Sometimes, I talk to my teachers to ask for help. These things help me feel better and study more effectively.
