As a teen, I often feel stressed. First, I’m under a lot of pressure to do well at school. I have to complete a huge load of schoolwork, projects and study hard for exams. Then, there is also the stress of having a social life and being accepted by my friends.
I have some ways to deal with stress and pressure. To feel better, I try to relax. I listen to music, read a book, or play my favourite computer game. Exercise is also good for reducing stress. I usually go for walks in the park and have recently taken up badminton. It is also important to talk to someone about stress. I often talk to my older sister; she helps me with all the problems I have.
