One of the main causes of my stress is the pressure from schoolwork and exams. I often have too many assignments and deadlines at the same time, which makes me feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Sometimes, I also worry about my grades and fear that I may disappoint my parents. To reduce stress, I try to manage my time better by making a study schedule and taking short breaks to relax. I also talk to my friends or listen to music when I feel anxious. These ways help me stay calm and more focused.
