One of the main causes of my stress is having too much homework and not enough time to finish it. Sometimes I also feel pressure from exams and my parents’ expectations. To reduce my stress, I try to make a study plan and finish my work step by step. I also take short breaks to relax, listen to music, or go for a walk. Talking with friends and sharing my feelings helps me feel better. By managing my time well and staying positive, I can control my stress more effectively.
