Ngoc/Address - Tên/Lao Cai 123 Le Loi Street Hanoi [Date - Ngày tháng] March 2, 2026 Lao cai SGV Vocational School 100 New Street Binh An City Dear Sir or Madam, (1. Greeting) I am writing to enquire about the Tour Guide Training Courses advertised recently. (2. Reason for writing) First, I would like to know the total duration of the course and the start dates for the next intake. In addition, I wonder if the "low cost" mentioned refers to the tuition fees or if there are any scholarship opportunities available for students. Furthermore, could you please provide more details about the apprenticeship component, specifically what kind of placements are offered and how long they last? It would be great if you could also send me a detailed curriculum. (3. Enquiries) I look forward to hearing from you and receiving your reply soon. (4. Closing line) Yours faithfully, Dang

In today’s digital world, teenagers spend many hours every day on their phones, computers, or tablets. While technology brings many benefits, I strongly believe that teenagers’ screen time should be limited for their health, education, and relationships.

Firstly, spending too much time in front of screens can harm teenagers’ physical and mental health. Long hours online often cause eye strain, poor posture, and lack of sleep. Moreover, constant exposure to social media can lead to stress, anxiety, and even depression when teens compare themselves to others.

Secondly, excessive screen time affects teenagers’ learning. Many students lose focus on studying because they are distracted by games, videos, or social networks. If their screen time is controlled, they can have more time for reading, exercising, and real-life learning activities.

Finally, limiting screen time helps teenagers build stronger family and social relationships. Instead of being glued to their phones, they can spend more time talking, playing, and sharing experiences with family and friends.

In conclusion, although technology is important, controlling teenagers’ screen time is necessary. It helps them stay healthy, study effectively, and maintain good relationships. Parents and schools should work together to create healthy screen habits for the young generation.
