Title: A School Campaign Against Cyberbullying

To: The Head Teacher of Bao Thang No.1 High School

Date: April 17th, 2026

Prepared by: Hoang Thi Thu Hang, student of class 11A3

Introduction:

In today’s digital age, the Internet and social media have become an essential part of students’ daily lives. However, along with their many benefits comes the increasing problem of cyberbullying—an issue that is often invisible but deeply harmful. Hurtful comments, negative messages, or online exclusion may seem harmless at first, but they can seriously affect students’ mental health, confidence, and academic performance. Therefore, we would like to propose a school-wide campaign to raise awareness, prevent cyberbullying, and promote a safer online environment.

Details about the campaign:

The campaign is expected to last for two weeks under the theme “Say No to Cyberbullying – Spread Kindness.” It will take place in the school hall, classrooms, and other common areas, with the participation of all students, teachers, and school organizations.

The program will include a variety of meaningful activities such as seminars with guest psychologists to provide knowledge and coping strategies, group discussions where students can share their ideas and experiences, and creative competitions like poster design, video-making, and slogan writing to spread positive messages. In addition, short drama performances will be organized to present real-life cyberbullying situations and appropriate ways to respond.

Importantly, a “safe corner” and anonymous message boxes will be set up so that students can share their concerns and seek help in a private and supportive way.

Goals and benefits of the campaign:

The campaign aims to equip students with a clear understanding of cyberbullying, helping them recognize harmful behaviors and their long-term consequences. It also encourages respectful communication, empathy, and responsible use of social media.

Through these activities, students will develop essential life skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. More importantly, the campaign will help build a positive and inclusive school environment where every student feels safe, respected, and valued.

Conclusion:

We strongly believe that this campaign will not only bring immediate benefits but also create long-lasting positive changes in students’ awareness and behavior. It will be an important step toward building a safe, respectful, and compassionate school community.

We sincerely hope that you will consider and support our proposal so that it can be implemented successfully in the near future.

Thank you very much!

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire about the tour guide training courses at SGV Vocational School which I saw advertised recently. I am very interested in becoming a tour guide because I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures.

First, I would like to know more about the course content. Could you please tell me what subjects are included and how long the course lasts? In addition, I wonder how often the classes are held and whether students can choose between weekday and weekend classes.

Moreover, I would appreciate it if you could provide more details about the course fees and any additional costs. I am also interested in the apprenticeship mentioned in the advertisement. Could you let me know where the apprenticeship takes place and whether it is paid?

Finally, I would be grateful if you could inform me about the application procedure and starting dates.

I look forward to receiving your reply.

Yours faithfully,

Hoang Hang

I think parents should limit teenagers’ screen time. Too much time on phones or computers makes them forget homework and hurts their eyes. It can also cause bad sleep and weight gain. Besides, when teenagers use screens less, they have more time to talk with family and friends.

In short, limiting screen time helps teenagers stay healthy, study better, and enjoy real life more.
