Traditions and customs play an instrument role in human's life. In my neighbourhood, people have observed our traditional customs for many years.Firstly,in the recent year, people always respect their ancestors through celebrating traditional holidays to show their respected.For instance: giving food offering,teaching youth about old traditions,ect.Furthermore, there are traditons to celebrate and take part in local festivals. These are magnificent ways to promote and preserve heritages and cultures in our country.

Managing time effectively plays a essential role in our everyday life, it not only helps us to finish all tasks on time, but it also helps us have time doing other activities like playing sport or doing our hobbies. One of the highly effective ways to manage time is prioritizing tasks. We should list all the tasks which we need to finish every day and decide which tasks are the most important and do those first. For example: tomorrow i have an English test, therefore i need to prepare for this test first, after i can other the works. Secondly, removing distractions is a great way to manage time, when we spend time working, we should avoid the distractions from social media and noisy by turning off notifications. In additional, we should find a quiet place to work, and focus on one task at a time. Moreover, one more advices of time-management are setting realistic goals. To work effectively, we may set a realistic goal through breaking big tasks into smaller ones and set achiable goals for each day, we can achive a certain task without stress or pressure. People who can manage time effectively, may have a balanced life and have key to the success.
