These days, many teenagers are unhealthy. They often spend too much time on smartphones and computers, and they eat a lot of fast food. As a result, many of them are overweight and lack energy for daily activities.

There aren’t many places in our city for teenagers to do exercise or play sports. This means young people do not exercise regularly, so they don’t become fit and strong. Some even feel tired and stressed all the time.

I have an idea to solve this problem. Our city should build more sports centers and free parks for teenagers. This will help them exercise more often and make friends while playing sports.

I believe that if there are more places for teenagers to exercise, they will become much fitter, healthier, and happier.

Last summer, I had an unforgettable trip to Quỳnh Sơn Village in Bắc Sơn District, Lạng Sơn Province. This is a beautiful community-based tourism village of the Tày ethnic people, with over 400 traditional stilt houses made of wood and roofed with yin-yang tiles. The houses face south and blend perfectly with the limestone mountains and golden rice fields in the peaceful Bắc Sơn Valley.

I stayed in a cozy homestay, learned how to cook local dishes like five-colored sticky rice and khau nhuc (braised pork belly), and joined a cultural performance with Then singing and Tính lute music. The Tày people were very friendly and hospitable.

In my opinion, Quỳnh Sơn is one of the most authentic ethnic villages in Vietnam. I highly recommend visiting this peaceful place to experience real Tày culture and enjoy the fresh air and stunning scenery.
