They should drink enough water every day and sleep well at night. Second, doing exercise is important. Teenagers can go jogging, play football, or ride a bike with friends. Finally, they should not spend too much time on phones or fast food. If teenagers follow these habits, they will have more energy and feel better every day

3.Last summer, I joined a community service to clean up the local park. I went there with my classmates and our teacher. We picked up trash and planted some trees. It was hot, but everyone worked hard and smiled. After that, the park looked clean and beautiful. I felt proud because I helped make my community better. I also learned that small actions can bring big changes. I want to join more activities like this in the future.
