As a teenager, I always have feel stressed. First, I'm facing a lot of pressure to do well at school. I have to complete a huge load of schoolwork, projects and study hard for exams. Then, there is also the stress of having a social life by spending too much time on social media and being accepted by my friends.
Here are some ways to deal with stress and pressure. To feel better, I try to relax by listen to music or play my favourite video game. Exercise is also one best ways for reducing stress. I often cycling around park and have recently taken up badminton. It is also important when you talk to someone about stress. I sometimes talk to my brother, he will help me with all the problems I have
