My family has several special traditions during the Lunar New Year. Before Tet, we all clean and decorate our house with peach blossoms to welcome luck. On New Year's Eve, we gather to have a big dinner and watch fireworks together. On the first day of the year, we visit our grandparents to wish them good health and receive lucky money. I always try my best to help my family with daily chores. Every day, I wash the dishes and take out the trash after dinner. At weekends, I help my mother clean the floor and water the plants in the garden. Sometimes, I also help my younger brother with his homework. I believe that sharing housework makes my parents feel happy and keeps our home clean and cozy

I would like to talk about the Hmong ethnic group, one of the groups I find most interesting. They live mainly in the northern mountainous regions of Vietnam. I admire their colorful traditional clothing and beautiful handmade embroidery. The Hmong also have unique musical instruments, such as the khèn. Learning about them helps me appreciate the cultural diversity of my country.
I often feel stressed because of peer pressure, too much homework, and spending too much time on social media. Sometimes, I try too hard to fit in with my friends, which makes me feel tired and anxious. Homework also takes up most of my free time, leaving me little chance to relax. Besides, social media can make me compare myself with others and feel insecure. To reduce stress, I should stay calm and relaxed, talk to my teachers when I need help, turn off my smartphone more often, and avoid bullies whenever possible.
