1 Living a healthy lifestyle brings many advantages to our life. First, it helps us stay strong and avoid many diseases. When we eat healthy food, drink enough water, and exercise regularly, our body becomes healthier. A healthy lifestyle also helps us feel happier and less stressed after studying or working hard. Moreover, good habits such as sleeping early and not using phones too much help us study better and have more energy every day.

2 At New Year, my family has many meaningful traditions. Before Tet, we clean and decorate the house together to welcome good luck. On New Year’s Eve, all family members gather to have a big meal and watch TV. During Tet, we visit our grandparents and relatives to wish them good health and happiness. Children receive lucky money in red envelopes. These traditions make Tet warm, joyful, and important to my family.

3 I often help my family with daily activities. Every day, I sweep the floor, wash the dishes, and keep my room clean. Sometimes, I help my parents cook meals or go to the market. When my parents are busy, I look after my younger brother. I also try to study hard and behave well at school. Helping my family not only makes my parents happy but also helps me become more responsible.

Teengagers somtimes try to behave like their friends even when they don't really want to. This can lead to unhealthy habits, such as spending too much time on social media. Being a teenagers also has many advantages. Teenagers have more freedom than children and make theirown choices. They can join club, do volunteer work, spend time with friends. These activities help them feel confident and improve their social skills. To live a healthy live, teenagers should balance study angleisure, talk to their parents or teachers when they fell stressed and take partin positive activities.
