Today, i would like to talk about a typical traditional Vietnamese dish,which is Pho . Pho is one of the most famous dishes in Vietnam. It is a kind of noodle soup made with rice noodles, beef of chicken,and a rice broth.The broth is cooked for many hours with bones and spices,so it has a very special and delicious flavor.People often eat Pho for breakfast ,but it can be eaten at any time of the day.When eating Pho, we usually add herbs,chili,lemon juice, and bean sprouts to make it more tasty.Pho is not only popu in Vietnam but also well-known in many countries aroud the world.For me, Pho reminds me of my family because we often eat it together on weekends.In my opinion,Pho is not just food , it is a symbol of Vietnamese culture
