1.Living a healthy lifestyle brings many benefits to our lives. First, it helps prevent serious illnesses like heart disease and diabetes. When we eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly, our immune system becomes stronger. Second, a healthy lifestyle improves mental health. We feel more energetic, positive, and less stressed after doing sports. Finally, it helps us maintain a fit body weight. In short, staying healthy allows us to enjoy life more and live longer.
2.My family has several meaningful traditions during the New Year. Before Tet, we always clean the house together to remove bad luck from the previous year. We also decorate the living room with peach blossoms. On New Year's Eve, the whole family gathers to eat a special meal and watch fireworks. On the first day of the year, we visit our grandparents to wish them longevity. These customs help us bond and preserve our culture.
3.I always try to help my parents with household chores to share their burden. Every day, I make my bed and keep my room tidy. After school, I often help my mom prepare dinner and wash the dishes. On weekends, I water the plants in the garden and feed our pets. Helping my family makes me feel responsible and happy because I can make my parents' life a little easier.
