1.Staying healthy is very important for a happy life. First, we should eat a balanced diet with vegetables, fruits, and enough water to get good nutrition. Second, doing regular exercise such as walking, swimming, or playing sports keeps our body strong. Last but not least, we need to sleep well and avoid stress to maintain good mental health. For example, people who exercise daily and eat well usually feel more energetic. In conclusion, by having good habits every day, we can stay healthy both physically and mentally.
2. In my opinion, customs and traditions are very important. Like other families, we have our own customs and traditions. Firstly, there's a tradition in our family of having lunch together on the second day of Tet. Secondly, we have the custom of spending Sunday together. We usually go to the cinema or go for a picnic. We don't have to do it, but it makes us closer as a family. We all enjoy these customs and traditions because they provide our family with a sense of belonging.
3. As a member of my family, I also do the housework to help my parents. Because I spend a lot of time studying at school and extra classes, I only do the housework after finishing studying or having dinner. I do many different household chores such as cleaning the floor, making the beds and feeding the pets. Sometimes, I help my mom cook or wash the dishes when she is busy with my little brother.

3. Unless he spends time on his phone , he will complete his work.
