Surgeon job are done by men. The main responsibility of the job are performing operations on patiens, welcoming and serving customers and making important decisions about patien's health and safety. To do this job well, surgeons need many important qualities such as medical knowledge, physical and mental strength, good persuasion skills, excellent eyesight and skilful hands, good teamwork anf commnication skills. Both men and women can do the surgeons job's well because: men and women have the same abilities to learn to and apply medical knowledge, women can be as mentally strong as men, men and women can perform long and tiring operations, both men and women can make great surgeons. Having both male and female surgeons is benefical because patiens can feel more comfortable and respected when choosing their doctor. Therefore, both men and women can become excellent surgeons and contribute equally to saving people's lives.
