A surgeon must be calm patient, and very careful because even a small mistake can be serious. Good knowledge and steady hands are also important. Both men and women can do this job well because skill and training matter more than gender. Having both male and female surgeons is good becauses patients can choose who makes them feel more comfortable and understood.
