School days in the past were quite different from today's experience. Students often attended classes only in the morning, focusing on core subjects such as arithmetic, reading, writing, history, and geography. The curriculum was more standardized, and rote learning was common, with less emphasis on elective options or technology. For leisure time, without computers or smartphones, children spent their breaks playing traditional outdoor games or reading books from the library. Summer holidays were a long, cherished break, often lasting around three months, providing ample time for family activities and exploration. The commute to school was simple; most students walked or rode a bike, fostering a sense of independence not always seen today. Despite fewer modern amenities, many remember this time with fondness.
