Re: Application for the position of a part-time receptionist

I am writing this letter to apply for the position of a part-time receptionist at Viet Organic Garden. I am a Grade 12 student and I am looking for a weekend job to earn some extra money and gain practical experience.

During my free time, I often help my family answer phone calls and welcome guests at home. Therefore, I am familiar with greeting people politely and giving basic information when needed. This has helped me become more confident when communicating with others.

I am a careful and responsible person. I always arrive on time and try my best to finish my work properly. I would be very happy to work at Viet Organic Garden and contribute to its friendly working environment.

I am available for an interview on Saturday afternoons. If my application is successful, I can start work next week.
