In addition, sitting for long periods while using devices can lead to weight gain and other physical issues. By reducing screen time, teenagers can have more opportunities to move around, play sports, and stay active.
Second, spending less time on screens helps teenagers focus on more meaningful activities. When they spend too much time online, they may have less time for studying, helping their families, or talking face to face with friends. Limiting screen time allows them to improve their relationships, develop hobbies, and build real-life social skills.
In conclusion, limiting screen time is very important for teenagers’ health, learning, and personal growth. If they can balance technology use with other activities, they will live happier and more productive lives.
