This proposal is prepared by the School Youth Union and submitted to the School Management Board on 12th May 2025. We would like to propose the organisation of a Welcome Event for a group of international students who will visit our school next month. The event, titled “Friendship Day – Connecting Cultures”, aims to create a warm and meaningful first impression for the visitors. It will take place on 25th May 2025, from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., in the school hall and courtyard. Several activities are planned, including an opening welcome performance, a short introduction about the school, cultural exchange booths, traditional games, and a guided school tour led by student volunteers. At the end of the event, small souvenirs will be given to the guests as a token of friendship. The goals of this project are to promote cultural understanding, strengthen international connections, and provide students with opportunities to practise communication, teamwork, and event-organising skills. The event will also help build a more open and friendly school environment, encouraging students to be confident when interacting with peers from different countries. We respectfully request the School Management Board to consider and approve this proposal so that we can begin preparations and ensure the success of the event. We believe that “Friendship Day – Connecting Cultures” will be an enjoyable and memorable experience for both our students and the visiting group

Firstly, too much screen time negatively affects teenagers’ physical health. Staring at screens for long hours can cause eye strain, headaches, and even sleep problems due to blue light exposure. Many teenagers also spend so much time online that they neglect exercise, leading to problems like obesity and poor posture. Limiting screen time encourages a more balanced lifestyle that includes outdoor activities and
