Dear Sir or Madam,
Re: Application for the position of a part-time receptionist
I am writing to apply for the position of a part-time receptionist at Viet Organic Garden. I am currently a Grade 11 student, and I have a strong interest in customer service. Last summer, I worked as a volunteer at a local community centre, where I welcomed visitors and helped answer basic enquiries. This experience helped me develop good communication and organisational skills.
I consider myself friendly, hard-working, and responsible. I am also able to work well under pressure and enjoy interacting with people. I would be delighted to contribute to creating a positive experience for your customers.
I am available for an interview on weekends or weekday afternoons. If my application is successful, I will be able to start work immediately.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Nguyễn Xuân Trường
