WALT DISNEY - THE FATHER OF MICKEY MOUSEWalt Disney is famous around the world for making a lot of successful animated films, which are loved by children and adults of many generations. He was born in Chicago in 1901. During his childhood, he developed a great passion for drawing and painting. He attended Brenton Grammar School, but he dropped out at the age of 16.As a very successful film-maker, he created Mickey Mouse in 1928, a lovable cartoon character that quickly became a global icon. He also produced Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the first feature-length animated film, which won eight Oscars. Apart from making films, he was also famous for building Disneyland, the world's first modern theme park, which opened in 1955. Throughout his legendary career, he received a historical record of 26 Oscars.Regarding his family, he had three older brothers and one younger sister, and later had two daughters with his wife.
