Phở is a traditional dish and is considered one of the typical dishes of Vietnamese cuisine. This dish originated in northern Vietnam, most famously in Hanoi.

The main ingredients of pho are pho noodles and broth. The traditional beef pho broth is simmered from bone-in shanks, beef brisket, oxtail for many hours with spices such as star anise, cinnamon, black cardamom, ginger, and grilled dried shallots, creating a clear yet rich and distinctive flavor. The pho noodles are made from rice flour, soft and chewy.

When serving, the pho noodles are blanched in boiling water, arranged in a bowl, topped with thinly sliced beef (rare or well-done) or chicken, and then covered with hot, fragrant broth.

Serving:

We usually eat pho with some herbs such as scallions, sawtooth coriander, basil, bean sprouts, and condiments such as chili sauce, lemon, garlic vinegar to enhance the flavor.

The taste of pho is a delicate blend: the sweet broth from the bones, the fragrant spices, the soft noodles, the sweet meat, and the fresh accompanying vegetables. Pho is a true "symphony of flavors".

I highly recommend this dish because it is not only delicious but also a part of the culture and pride of Vietnamese cuisine, an experience not to be missed by anyone.
