I believe that it’s not wrong for young Vietnamese people to celebrate foreign festivals like Christmas or Halloween, as long as they still value and preserve their own cultural traditions.
These festivals can help young people learn about other cultures, have fun, and connect with the world. However, if they focus only on foreign celebrations and forget traditional ones like Tết or Mid-Autumn Festival, it could be a problem.
Therefore, the key is to balance learning from other cultures while keeping Vietnamese traditions alive.
