Recently, with the developing of technologies, people's life are much easier by living close with digital devices, especially teenagers. But following that, many teenagers are addicted to use their own applications, like their smartphones wherever and whenever they want. If they don't change or at least balance this habit, it can cause many metal health and strength health problem to them. They may not be really active in the crowd, be shy of talking in front of strangers or their friends. They may less communicate even with their close family members, instead of that, they spend the most time on the social media. Their strength also can be decrease. When sitting for a long time on a chair can affect their muscles and looking at the screen for entirely 3 hours can destroy their eyes. With that case, we have to think about the solutions and these are my ideas. Our town should constructed more sport centers, playgrounds, pitches or gyms for teenagers. As they exercise well and more often, they will be much more fit and healthy. Schools also need to hold more special events like "Living skills" to teach them about the harmful of using smart devices in the wrong way and the benefits of a healthy balanced life. When they understood the issue well, they will change themselves and live better. I hope that if teenagers can live well, our world future will be better and brighter
