Nowadays, there are more and more dangerous diseases. As a result, it is very important to stay healthy. Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you had better eat vegetables, fruits and avoid fastfood. In addition, you should not drink coffee, beer or wine because they are very harmful. Secondly, doing exercise regularly is also a way to stay healthy. For instance, you can play volleyball, walk or go swimming every morning. Moreover, doing exercise will help you stronger, more active and prevent a lot of diseases. Last but not least, you should take enough sleep. You'd better sleep 6 to 8 hours a day because it will boost your mind in the morning. Especially, do not go to bed late or watch TV over night.
