Staying healthy is very important to all of us. If you want to have a good health, you should follow these tips. First of all, we should have a reasonable diet. For example, we should eat more nutrition food instead of smoking or using alcoholic drinks. It is very important because what we eat highly affects our health. Besides, we can do exercise every morning such as: walking, jogging, riding bicycle and so on to keep fit. That helps us to have a well-proportioned body and always in good spirit. Finally, sleeping is also very important so we must sleep enough. If we sleep enough we will be high-spirited. We should not stay up late because it is harmful to our health.
