Balanced diet Try to follow the diet regime. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, eat enough nuts and grains, eat less meat and limit your intake of sugar with grease.
Exercise regularly. In order to exercise, you can run, push, sit up, sit down, and so on, lift your dumbbells, play DDR, or walk fast around the area you live in.
Health experts recommend that we sleep for eight hours a day, but for different people, the sleep time is different. It's best to spend seven hours to get enough sleep because lack of sleep can reduce your health both physically and mentally. Insomnia is the cause of lack of concentration. So, set a good sleep time, go to bed at the right time every night and get up in time every morning. It may be a bit difficult at first, but it will be easier for you to maintain this habit.
