We all know: a festival is a cultural event organized communally. There are a lot of festivals all over the world, one of them is Halloween. "Halloween" is the short form of "All Hallows' Evening", it's held in the last day of October, from the afternoon till 12 p.m. In a Halloween festival, there are many activities, such as: trick-or-treat, disguising as a zombie, carving a pumpkin, watching films or telling horror stories. The most special activity is trick-or-treat. In this activity, the children will come and knock their neighbors' doors in order to get sweet candies. When the children do so, they have to ask the house's owner: "Trick or treat?" because it is Halloween's longstanding culture. Halloween is really interesting, the people who take part in this festival feel very happy and excited because of the jokes. Halloween is such an awesome festival.

Xin chào, tôi là Loan. Tôi sống cùng bố mẹ ở TP.HCM. Số điện thoại của tôi là 8562364. Tôi thường nói chuyện với bạn bè qua điện thoại. Bây giờ tôi đang gọi điện nói chuyện với Hoa về bữa tiệc sinh nhật của Minh vào 15/11. Minh sẽ tổ chức tiệc sinh nhật vào chiều nay và tôi đang lên kế hoạch với Hoa về món quà sẽ tặng cho cậu ấy. Tôi cũng muốn cô ấy đợi tôi ở nhà và tôi sẽ đi bộ đến đó, sau đó chúng tôi sẽ cùng đến nhà Minh.
Lu is my classmate and is also my best friend. Last Sunday was her birthday. On that day she invited all of her classmates including me to her house to join in her birthday party. The party started at 6 p.m and when I came, almost classmates had presented. I saw Lu talking to her friend so I came up to her and gave her my present. At 7p.m, the birthday cake was displayed prominently in the middle of the room. Everyone gathered and sang 'Happy Birthday' song to Lu. Then Lu wished something and blew out the candles. We ate birthday cake and drank fruit juice. Next we listened to pop music and danced together . The party finished at 8 p.m and I stayed to the end to help Lu clean up the mess. In short , Lu's Birthday party is the most interesting one I've attended.
