Friendship plays an important role in our lives and in the fact that it seems to be impossible to live without friends.In my opinion, there are three basic qualities that lay the firm foundation for friendship.Firstly, friendship is considered to be mutual help. A good friend is always ready to give us a hand in any situations. A friend in need is a friend indeed. We shouldn't be too deliberate in helping. Secondly, mutual confidence. Friends must feel safe when telling each other the most secrets. Obviously, liars and talkative people can never have good friends. Thirdly, talking about true friendship, I can't help mentioning the faithfulness and sharing. A true friend is the one who will cheer to our happiness and share our sorrows in adversity. In short, the value of friendship is that gives us a source of happiness and comforts our sufferings and a true friendship will be forever although we are rich or poor.

There are some conditions that planets must have to support human life on them. First, the most important condition is that there must be enough liquid water on the planet. Second, the planet must hold an atmosphere. And the planet must have enough oxygen in the air for people to survive.

n our modern time, the computer appears in every part of our daily life. [2] It plays an essential role at work, in education as well as in entertainment. [3] First of all, at work, the computer helps us, in just a few hours or even seconds, type documents and do calculations, which may take a normal brain a life time to finish. Besides, with computers people can do businesses like stock transactions or design building, operate high-tech plants and run machines effectively. [4] Then, in education, with a computer connected to the Internet we can search almost any kind information we need for our study or learn languages more effectively. [5] [Also, teachers or lecturers can make their lessons or lectures more lively and interesting with programs such as Powerpoint or other types of slide-show]. [6] Lastly, for entertainment, after working hard we can get relaxed by playing some computer games or listening to our favorite type of music with the computer. When we want to see a movie, staying at home, we can search for it on the Internet just in term of minutes, without having to go to the theater or somewhere to buy videos tapes or CDs. In recent years, our environment is becoming worse and worse. Why that? There are many reasons that cause the environmental pollution such as: the smoke, the chemicals, the oil and so on. But the main reason of the pollution is the garbage. People often throw trash and rubbish everywhere. To solve this problem, I can give some following solutions.

Firstly, throw trash into a trash bin to keep the environment clean.

Secondly, reuse and recycle bottles and cans to reduce garbage and save natural resources.

Finally, put the trash bin around your neighborhood to keep it clean.

I took part in a traditional games festival in my school in HCM City (chỗ này có thể thay thế được). The festival lasted for one day. There were three activities in this festival: water-fetching by hand, tug of war and mandarin square capturing. In the water-fatching by hand contest, three people from each team had to get the water by hand and pour the water into the bottle. In tug of war, ten people from each team have to pull a rope in the opposite direction from the other team. In mandarin square capturing, five people from each team placed one big stone in each of the rice field squares. The first player took up all the pieces of any rice field square on his/her side of the board and distributed one piece per square starting at the next square in either direction. When all five pieces are distributed, the player would repeat again and another player do the same too.The game ended when all the pieces are captured. After the three contests my group won the second prize. The festival was wonderful.

The most destructive disaster that I have experienced was the flood in 2012, in Thanh Hoa province. It had been raining heavily for many days. All homes, trees and animals were flooded. The water got to the roof of houses. Damage was caused to property and people. Many people were injured and died. Rescue workers helped people trapped in the flooded houses and they brought people who were left homeless to safe place. My house was flooded but we had been evacuated before. Although the time has gone by, I still can’t forget that terrible disaster.

This is the schedule for our group’s 2-day visit to Washington DC. On the first day, we plan to expore the city on a hop-on-hop-off trolley at 9 am. Then at 1: 00 we are visiting the White house , where the President of the USA lives. On the second day, we are taking the shuttle bus to visit the National Children’s museum at 8:00. Then at 14-00 we plan to cycle on bike trails in Nationa park.
