Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.
Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.
Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.
In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.

My favorite movie is Kungfu Panda. It’s a cartoon movie set in the Valley of Peace in ancient China in 2004. The star of the movie is Jack Black. The movie is about a panda who likes to learn Kungfu martial arts but this is not approved by his father because he is forced to follow his father’s noodle business. Then on one occasion, he learned with a master of Kungfu along with other famous colleagues. It’s interesting and I can understand everything. I think all kids will like this movie.

The term community service refers to a donated activity or service carried out by a person or a group of people for the benefit and well being of the general public. Individuals who offer community service are known as volunteers. However, those are required to do so by the school, the government or a court cannot be termed as volunteers, since they are not doing the service out of their own will. People are involved in community service for different reasons and it is up to the individual to realize if it is worthwhile and why they are helping others. This arle looks into some of the main beneficial aspects of community service.
Community service has now grown to be a vehicle for bringing a nation together. It is the central point of a country, as there is a key importance on doing good for others. Every country wants its people to be disciplined and work for change. Community service comes at handy as it is the best way to inculcate this sense of responsibility to individuals. To attach an extra dimension to the aspect of reform, the judicial systems in many countries have recognized the importance of community service by handing over such projects to law breakers.
In addition, by paripating in community service, children and teenagers are introduced to good values and morals. Values such as humbleness, gratefulness, honesty, sincerity and respect are among the important virtues that one can acquire from helping the community. The importance of community service eventually relies on how the provider perceives it. These programs are intended to inculcate a sense of community and civic engagement in people. After a stressful semester, my parents decide take me to the country to visit grandparents, leave the noise of city behind. Homeland is a small and peaceful land, beside the Red River. The atmosphere here is very fresh, there is no noise, no pollution as in the city I am living. On two sides of the road there are the rows of green trees and birds singing beside the ears. In front of my grandparents’s house is a small garden. Every morning, after sweeping the house, I am taken to the garden to water vegetables, feed chickens. The feeling of watching the little yellow chickens run around the legs is really amazed. In the afternoon, my brother leads me to fly kites on the long dyke with children in the neighborhood. These children also think some interesting games such as chasing, hide and seek ... For me, everything here is new and amazing. After the trip, I know how to swim and learn many many things. I hope next summer parents will take me to visit the grandparents again.

Mỗi buổi sáng, sau khi quét nhà, mình lại được bà dẫn ra vườn để tưới rau, cho gà ăn. Cảm giác nhìn từng đàn gà nhỏ vàng tơ chạy loanh quanh bên chân thật là thích. Buổi chiều, mình lại được anh dẫn đi thả diều trên chiều đê dài với lũ trẻ con hàng xóm. Bọn trẻ còn bày ra một số trò chơi thú vị như đuổi bắt, bịt mắt bắt dê, ... Đối với mình, mọi thứ ở đây thật mới mẻ và thú vj. Sau chuyến về quê ấy, mình đã biết bơi và còn học được bao điều hay ho khác. Hi vọng hè năm sau bố mẹ sẽ lại cho mình về nội chơi.

Last Sunday, my class organized a trip to Son Tinh Island camp. We set off at 5 hours and it took us 3 hours to get there. On arrival, everyone was quite excited and happy. That day, the weather was very beautiful, the air here is fresh. On the island there are many stilt houses and swings. We were assigned to build tents. Then, all of us paripated in some amazing games such as cat chasing mouse, hide and seek, ... Everyone was all excited and active. Someone losing must receive fines, that make the cow face. It looks so funny. On that day, the teacher also celebrated a birthday for some of our classmates. At noon, most people feel hungry, we return to the tent, eat the food prepared from the day before, then, tell stories and sing, take pictures together. In the afternoon, we were cruising by boat. This was the first time I've experienced go on water surface, it feels great. At 5 o'clock, we all had to arrange luggage to come back home. I bought myself some lovely souvenirs. On the way, looking at the island away, I hope that there will be more interesting excursions this.

Chủ nhật tuần trước, lớp mình tổ chức một chuyến đi dã ngoại đến đảo Sơn Tinh camp. Chúng mình xuất phát từ lúc 5 giờ và phải mất 3 tiếng mới đến nơi. Trên đường đi, mọi người đều khá hồi hộp và háo hức. Hôm ấy, trời rất đẹp, không khí trong lành. Trên đảo có rất nhiều nhà sàn và xích đu. Chúng mình được phân công dựng lều. Sau đó, mình tham gia những trò chơi tập thể như mèo đuổi chuột, bịt mắt bắt dê,... Các bạn đều rất hào hứng và thích thú. Một số bạn thua phải chịu phạt, làm mặt con bò rất buồn cười. Hôm ấy, cô giáo còn tổ chức sinh nhật cho một số bạn trong lớp. Đến trưa, đa số mọi người đều cảm thấy đói, chúng mình trở về lều, ăn những thức ăn đã được chuẩn bị sẵn từ hôm trước, sau đó, ngồi kể chuyện và ca hát, chụp ảnh chung. Buổi chiều, chúng mình được dạo biển bằng tàu thủy. Đây là lần đầu mình được trải nghiệm đi trên mặt nước, cảm giác vô cùng tuyệt vời. Đến 5 giờ, mọi người phải thu xếp hành lí để trở về, mình mua được một số món quà lưu niệm nhỏ. Trên đường đi, nhìn bóng hòn đảo xa dần, mình mong rằng sẽ có nhiều hơn nữa những chuyến dã ngoại lí thú như vậy .

I had always wanted to visit South Korea and I recently had the chance to spend a week in this amazing country. Un its northern neighbor which is pretty much closed to visitors, South Korea is a welcoming and hospitable country. It is an interesting place with a unique culture and a highly developing economy.
I flew into the capital Seoul. On arrival in the city, it was the marked contrast between modern skyscrapers and high design shopping malls and shanty towns that was immediately striking. Wide streets lined by fancy boutiques lead to a labyrinth of narrow alleyways with tiny traditional shops and eateries and there is a clutch of great tourist attractions.
My tour itinerary began on Seoul’s main boulevard, Sejongro, because I wanted to see the Royal Palace (Gyeongbok), the President’s residence, known as Cheongwadae or the Blue House, and the American Embassy. From here it’s a fairly short walk to Bukchon where there is the city’s largest collection of privately owned traditional wooden houses. It’s a charm with beautiful architecture and small courtyards, with the houses interspersed with quaint cafes and art galleries.
Taking the same route the next day, I took a trip into the mountains that peak behind the President’s House, and climbed the one known as Bugaksan. This affords the opportunity to pass through the Sukjeongmun Gate and through the city’s ancient fortress wall. From here the Seoul Fortress is easily accessible and there are also amazing views of Seoul.
Shopping in the Orient is an amazing experience so I made sure to pay a visit to the Shinsegae downtown department store. This huge emporium sells probably everything you can imagine and is a complete charm in the way the bottom floors sell all the basic staples of daily life - including the ubiquitous kimchee (fermented cabbage) and are frequented by Korean housewives while the upper floors cater to the well-heeled and brand conscious. As fascinating as it is, the new rooftop garden is a welcome respite. But, if you are going to shop in Seoul, it’s a must to visit the street stalls and hawkers of the Namdaemum Market where the wares seem to be spread out in a blanket of never-ending stalls. Be prepared to be seriously jostled by the crowds, but it’s also the chance to feast on the best street food.
One of the most surprising sights and a rue delight is the Cheonggyecheon Stream. Running for just under 4 miles through the city, the stream is remarkably quiet given its location, because it is 15 foot below street level. The serene setting, accentuated by waterfalls and bridge is a favorite strolling spot for roman couples.
With a flying visit to Itaewon, the popular ex-pat neighborhood near to the main US army base, my time in Seoul came to an end. I was enthralled and captivated and hope I get to return one day.
