I live in a block of flats on the second floor.

My favourite room is the room that I have to share with my brother. Itś quite small. My room is in blue shades, which actually is a very cold colour.

My room gets very little sun. I think that is good-sized. When I am home, I usually stay there: I sleep, study, listen to music, surf the internet. Most of the time I sit on my choir, which is by my desk. On the table there is our music station. The table is in front of a large window.

The curtains are also blue. On the other side of the music station is a computer. I sleep on a big red sofa, which is by the wall. We have light blue wallpaper. Above my sofa is a little lamp.

At the other end of the room is my brother’s bed, which is also blue. On the other side of the window is a huge closet and on the closet are two large shelves. Near the closet is the door.

There is some free place in the centre of the room. One thing I don’t like is our big, old and bleached grey carpet. One lamp is o n the desk and other is hanging from the ceiling in the centre of the room.

I have quite a little room, but it still is my favourite room!

đề 2 :There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

đề 3 :I was born and grew up in a small village of DAI TU district, in THAI NGUYEN province. It is about 150 km from here.

It is a small village because it has only a population of 1000 with a size of 3 square kilometers

There is a primary school in the village, so it is very convenient for children to go to school. There is a small market with a lot of fresh food. The food here is cheaper and fresher than the one in the city.

My village has some nice view, such as: large fields where we can fly a kite and Cau river, where I could swim and my mother usually wash clother there.

Centre of my village is a khuon ga pagoda, it has a large yard,where we usually play badminton, tabletenis or meet each other to chat, next to the pagoda is a large lake. I like going fishing here very much.

Especially, I like tea of my hometown a lot, because it very delecious, I usually drink a cup of tea before I start working.

The people in my village are very hospitable, friendly, helpful and generous. They are all hard working people. They mainly live on farming and business…

Being a learner of Tran quoc Tuan university, I only come home once a month , so I miss my hometown very much.

Life in the city is full of activity. Early in the morning hundreds of people rush out of their homes in the manner ants do when their nest is broken. Soon the streets are full of traffic. Shops and offices open, students flock to their schools and the day’s work begins. The city now throb with activity, and it is full of noise. Hundreds of sight-seers, tourists and others visit many places of interest in the city while businessmen from various parts of the world arrive to transact business.

Then towards evening, the offices and day schools begin to close. Many of the shops too close. There is now a rush for buses and other means of transport. Everyone seems to be in a hurry to reach home. As a result of this rush, many accidents occur. One who has not been to the city before finds it hard to move about at this time. Soon, however, there is almost no activity in several parts of the city. These parts are usually the business centres. With the coming of night, another kind of actịvity begins. The streets are now full of colorful lights. The air is cooler and life becomes more leisurely. People now seek entertainment. Many visit the cinemas, parks and clubs, while others remain indoors to watch television or listen to the radio. Some visit friends and relatives and some spend their time reading books and magazines. Those who are interested in politics discuss the latest political developments. At the same time, hundreds of crimes are committed. Thieves and robbers who wait for the coming of night become active, and misfortune descends upon many. For the greed of a few, many are killed, and some live in constant fear. To bring criminals to justice, the officers of the law are always on the move.

Workers and others who seek advancement in their careers attend educational institutions which are open till late in the night. Hundreds of them sit for various examinations every year. The facilities and opportunities that the people in the city have to further their studies and increase their knowledge of human affairs are indeed many. As a result, the people of the city are usually better informed than those of the village, where even a newspaper is sometimes difficult to get.

The city could, therefore, be described as a place of ceaseless activity. Here, the drama of life is enacted every day.

Last summer, I went to Cua lo with my family. We went there by car, it is very far from my house, it is about 400 km, so we were very tired, but at one we felt better when we saw the sea.

Cua lo beach is really interesting, the beach is very large, flat, and it has a lot of sand. Waves are very strong, you will be very excited when you play with it. There are a lot of beauty spots, and good seafood there

We stayed in Binh Minh hotel. It was a very nice and comfortable hotel, it’s also rather near the sea.

The weather was hot and sunny all day. The sea was cool and clear, because it was very windy in the afternoon. We went swimming twice a day. My children was excited about it. The food was extremely delicious but not very expensive.

We took a lot of Photograps of the sea, bought a lot of seafood especially octopus and some sea present for our relatives.

After a week in Cua lo beach we felt happy and stronger.

We hope to go there again.

All of the special holidays in my country, I like Tet the most. Tet is an occasion to everyone get together in warm atmosphere. Before Tet holiday, Everyone prepares many things and decorates their house. I plant a lot of flowers in front of my house and buy many things such as clothes, foods ...

Besides, most of the streets also are decorated beautifully with colorful lights and flowers. During Tet, I spends more time on visiting my relatives, friends and colleagues. Especially, I give to each other the best wishes for the new year. Tet is an opportunity for children receive lucky money. There is a funny thing that people try to avoid argument or saying any bad things at Tet. I love Tet holiday!

đề 6:Hello, I'm Phuong. Now I will tell you about my house in the future. It will be a large and modern house in a big city. In front of my house, there will be a big black gate, a water fountain and a greensward. To the left of my house, there'll be a beautiful flower garden. There will be a garage and some tall trees. Behind my house, there'll be a swimming pool. My house will have 3 floors and 10 rooms : 1 living room, 1 library, 3 BEDROOMS, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining room and 1 entertainment room. In the living room, there will be a big TV, a table, some sofas, a chandelier light, some ornamental plants and some pictures,... In the library, there will be a large bookshelf full of books. In each bedroom, there will be a king-size bed, an air-conditioner, some pillows, some blankets and a closet,... In the kitchen, there will be a stove, some cupboards, a fridge, a microwave, some pots, some pans,... In each bathroom, there will be a toilet, a sink, a mirror, some toothbrushes, some soaps and some towels,... In the dining room, there'll be a big table and some chairs,... In the entertainment room, there will be a computer and a TV. My house will have an elevator to easy to move. In my house, there will be some robots to do the housework for me too. I love my future house and I wish it will come true someday.

đề 7:Nowadays, environmental pollution is a hot issue, causing huge waves in public. There are a lot of scientific studies on this issue. Do you know that the cause of pollution originates from the tasks seeming small in our daily lives such as littering, deforestation, or the direct discharge of smoke from vehicles, factory into the environment without treatment. However, if these actions are repeated many times, gradually, the amount of pollution is increasing and has the opposite impact on our lives. The manifestation of environmental pollution is an increase in the carbon footprint in the air, soil and water, which is a gas that does not sustain life. Environmental pollution is also a direct cause of global warming, leading to a series of phenomena, such as the greenhouse effect, ice caps melting, natural disasters such as droughts, floods, volcanic eruption and so on. The sea level is rising, more and more natural disasters occur, which threaten all species, make some of which be rare or extinct, break the ecological balance on the Earth. Human beings are not exception. We are breathing polluted air, eating unsafe food. In recent years, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of people suffering from respiratory and digestive diseases. In conclusion, environmental pollution is a matter taking a lot of concern. It is time for us to take action to overcome this current issue, to protect our own lives.
