There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Un football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

I often call Nhuan Trach Primary School is my second home.
School yard, through not very large but very spacious and clean. High school entrance and spacious, the two sides is the flower corridor leads straight to the playground and the classroom.

My best friend is Lan. We have known each other since we were 10 years old. If I were to describe how she looks I would say she is very pretty. She has long black hair a straight nose and a small pointed chin. She is quite slim. She doesn t like to dress up so I usually see her wearing jeans and a T - shirt. She has a very nice personality and a wonderful sense of humour but she can also get a little depressed from time to time.

My best friend name is Huyen . She is 12 years old and she is in class 6D at Vu Huu Secondary School . She isn't very tall but she is kind and funny . She is hard working . Sometime , she tells me some ghost story . I like Huyen because she always beside me .

Da Lat city is located in the center of the southern highlands, 300 km far from the north of Ho Chi Minh City. In this beautiful city, the weather changes constantly, the noon is quite warm and cool while in the evening it is greatly cold. In general, the climate is relatively mild and suitable for avaiable flora and fauna to grow. This is also the reason that in Da Lat there are many kinds of beautiful and precious flower. When we come here , it is that we go to the forest with all kinds of flowers such as hydrangea flowers, mi mo da flowers, Mexican sunflowers, ... In addition, in Da Lat there are many interesting places such as Me Linh coffee garden, Than Tho lake, Camly waterfall, Da Lat station, ... The more we discover, the more beauty and excitement in Dalat we find. I hope that there will be more opportunities to come there in the near future.

But I think Ho Chi Minh City is more beautiful and more expensive than Da Lat City. Because it's the largest city in Vietnam with an extremely huge amount of residents, so almost every street and corner in the center of the city is always bustling. Saigon is famous for its skyscrapers and crowded malls. People love to do shopping, so every weekend the shopping malls are always full of shoppers. The life-style here is very fast and hurried, but people try to spend their free time in the evenings hanging around the streets. Saigon at night is very beautiful, people love to gather in the coffee shops or sit in river banks that go along the streets. My friends and I usually hang out in the evening, and we would to find as many different places to eat as possible. Along with the beauty, Saigon is also famous for delicious fool, and it is felt that the street food is usually better than one in big restaurants. There are so many things left to say about this lovely city, and we can only see the rest of it by exploring it ourselves.

Teacher plays an important role in every child’s soul. To me, miss Dung-my head teacher. She taught literature from grade 10 to 12. She is tall, young, slim body with round face and bright smile. She is a devoted and responsible teacher as she always prepares carefully all the lessons before going to class. She teaches us the way to love people and becoming a good citizen for the country. Moreover, student love the way she teach, mark the score and correct the mistake. In my opinion, she is not only my teacher but she also works as my second mother at school. She helps student through thick and thin in life. Whenever facing up with any problem, I have no hesitation to share with her then she finds out the best solution or gives me some helpful advice. Additionally, if we don’t attend the class for some reasons, she immediately contacts us and asks whether we are fine. It seems that she spend her youth to learn and give deep knowledge to young generation and she really enjoys the job. Most of the time she spend for taking care of children from education to daily life. She is one of my idols because of her talent, personality and career. Therefore, almost student look up to her and thank her for kindness and responsibility.

Hello, everyone! I am Phuong. I would to present to you about my favorite TV program.  My favorite TV program is Hello Jadoo - a famous program. I this program because it is very funny and entertaining. It's on Disney Channel at 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday every week. I always watch it . This program is about a cute girl, funny and intelligent but quite lazy and friends good-hearted, genial of jadoo. Through cartoon, I developed communication skills, perseverance and life skills. I wish cartoon will premiere viewers or more episodes and more meaningful. Well that’s it from me. Thanks very much!
