All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everything. In summary, healthis better than wealth.

There are some ways to have a good health in our life. First of all, we should have a reasonable diet. For example, we should eat more nutrition food instead of smoking or using alcoholic drinks. It is very important because what we eat highly affects our health. Besides, we can do exercise every morning such as: walking, jogging, riding bicycle and so on to keep fit. That helps us to have a well-proportioned body and always in good spirit. Finally, sleeping is also very important so we must sleep enough. If we sleep enough we will be high-spirited. We should not stay up late because it is harmful to our health. In short, we just need to try our best to take care of ourselves. Having a good health, we can do whatever we want and can get success in our life.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly

I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

The health is very important with our life. Many people said that " Having a good health is having every things". And the truth, if you haven't got a good health, you will not have perfect happiness in family, life and career. So that, It's necessary to keep your fit.
There are hundreds of thousands of way for you keep your fit. But in my opinion, you can notice some following point:
+ You should do morning exercises or play sport as ride bicycle in fresh air. Riding bicycle helps to reduces polluted environment too.
+ You should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment. Always have breakfast ( The nutrionist proves that breakfast is the most important meal per day). You should have meal in time. The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am, and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat, especial beef, turkey, fork...and should eat a lot fruit and vegetable, salad, fish; should drink a lot water, about 1l to 2l per day. Don't smoke and drink strong wine.
+ You should breathe fresh air, away from polluted areas.
+ You should have sufficient sleep, at least 6 hours per day, not stay at late. I deal sleeping is about 11pm.
+ You shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure, prevent from stress.
+ You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room lean, tidy.
+ You should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.
If you want to live long, the most important thing is that you have to be always happy.
You should be more optimistic, cheerful, try to comfort all the time, always keep the smile on your lips. You can tell jokes, be funny.
You can get married earlier, love and be loved, devote to your happy, get a good job...

Topic: Health Problem in Australia

Introduction

Obesity is one the problems that modern Australia is facing. The word obesity is used to refer to a body condition where the body accumulates excess fats resulting to a person being overweight. Being overweight does not necessarily mean that a person is obese. In order to ascertain that somebody is obese a measurement criteria known as B.M.I Index is used. B.M.I is an acronym for the words Body Mass Index. According to (Anderson, 2003) the B.M.I index was developed to measure obesity to persons who are 18years and above. To calculate a persons BMI index, a person’s weight in kilograms is divided by the square of his height in meters. A BMI index between 18.5 and 24.9 shows a person is healthy. In keeping with Crawford (2010) a person is overweight when his BMI falls between 25 and 29.9 while over 30 indicates a person is obese. For children BMI index measurement is not used. In calculating obesity in children, ***** specific and age percentile is used instead of the BMI used in adults. This is because boys and girls grow at different rates at different ages in their lifetime. A child is overweight when his BMI is above 85th but lower than 95th percentile for children in same age group and sex. Above 95th percentile indicates that a child is obese (Anderson, 2003).

Obesity statistics in Australia

According to Young (2012) the Australian Bureau of statics report in 2012 reported that between 2011 and 2012 about 5 million Australians aged eighteen years and above were overweight. This meant that in every 4 Australian adults, one was overweight. This figure also indicated that 35% of Australian adults were overweight. The report further revealed that more men were affected by the problem than women. Out of the 5 million, 3 million were men aged 18 years above representing 42% of all men and 2 million were women representing 28% of all women. Young (2012) also illustrates that 17% of Australian children between 12 and 16 years are overweight. Out of these figures 6% are obese.

In order to address the obesity issue in Australia, the LiveLighter campaign was initiated.The campaign was launched in order to encourage adults in the Western Australia region to live healthier lifestyles. The campaign encouraged the adults to make changes in their diets and engage in physical activities in order to ” LiveLighter”. In keeping with Livelighter (2012) the campaign further anticipated in helping Australian people in understanding why it was necessary to take action against obesity by implementing simple changes in order to live lighter. Today, through the mass media advertising the campaign is leading the Australians by showing them why it is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and the repercussions of leading an unhealthy lifestyle. At times, the campaign employs confronting and graphic style because they believe that obesity problem in Australia has to be solved. The campaign is also committed in ensuring that every person achieves and maintains a healthy weight and that action should take place immediately without being postponed.

According to Livelighter (2012) the Australian Beaural of statistics reported that by the year 2010 more than 4.3 Australians were obese. In simpler terms 1out 4 Australian was obese. The website also illustrates that in Western Australia the same problem persists and more than 1/3 of the population is either obese or overweight.

Live lighter methods of curbing obesity

In order to tackle the obesity crises, the liveligher campaign advises people to take action in their lives by observing the following issues as follows:-

Observing portion size a person consumes

In keeping with Livelighter (2012) people must observe the portion size of whatever they are consuming. In that regard people must ensure that whatever they are consuming contains the right amount of food. The website also argues that packaged and takeaway foods sold by many reaustrauntants are getting bigger each day. With such, people might tend to think that the bigger packaging reflects a better value of their money, apparently what hoteliers sell is unbalanced food known as junk food and these foods increases the obesity problem. With such, Livelighter (2012) advices people to keep healthy by consuming only healthy portions. According to the advice, for a person to be able to eat a healthy portion one should use smaller plates and avoid going for more food in the second round. If one had prepared more food than he needs the leftovers should be freezed. In addition, during main meals livelighter advices people that half of their plates should be filled with vegetables, a quarter with proteins while the other quarter should be filled with carbohydrates.

Avoid sugary drinks

According to Livelighter (2012) people forget that they acquire energy from the food and drinks they take. In addition, most people drink a lot of kilojoules unknowingly. In that regard, the website advocates plain tap as the best drink because it is cheap, has no kilojoules and quenches thirst. With such, people should only consume plain water and always carry a bottle of plain water so that they can take it whenever they are thirsty. In addition, people should keep water in their fridges so that they can always take it whenever they are thirsty.

In regard to soft drinks, Livelighter (2012) advises people to avoid them because they are full of unwanted kilojoules and have no other nutritional value rather than the fluids. As an example, according to the website a 600ml bottle of softdrink contains over 1000 kilojoules and approximately 15 teaspoonfuls of sugar. On the other hand, diet soft drinks contain no added sugars and lower in kilojoules than regular soft drinks. Apparently, the drinks have nutritional value rather than the fluid. In keeping with Livelighter (2012) 100% fruit juice is a healthy diet when taken in small quantities. A grass of orange juice (250 ml), contains about 6 teaspoonsfuls of sugar hence its better to consume the orange itself because it contains less sugar, more vitamins and has fibre rather than taking its juice. Livelighter campaighn also advocates people to drink reduced fat milk. In their argument, reduced fat milk is a good source of proteins and calcium, but flavored milk is not good because some sugar has been added into it. Green tea, black tea and coffee are some of the best sources of antioxidants.

Sit less

According to Livelighter (2012) most people spend a lot of time while sitting down-travelling, at home and at work. This time a person is inactive is known as sedentary time. With such livelighter campaign advises people to reduce sedentary time and to become active. Many health problems are like obesity and type2 diabetes are associated to sedentary life. Apparently, sedentary behavior cannot be equated with doing less exercises because sportsmen spend some of their times sitting down for hours. With such Livelighter (2012) argues that irrespective of how long one sits down, regular interruptions like standing up helps in reducing sedentary life diseases. Among the sedentary life behavior that people should include time spent while watching tv, sitting down at work, listening to music sitting down, being a passenger or driving a car. With such it is advisable for people to monitor the time they spend while sitting down. In case one has to sit down for long the campaighn advices people to stand up frequently as this is one method of doing exercises.

Cut back on salt

In keeping with Livelighter (2012) human body requires salt in order to function normally. Apparently too much salt is hazardous to human health. Sodium is a compound that is found in salt but also occurs naturally in most foods. In that regard, Livelighter (2012) argues that one can satisfy sodium daily body requirements by only consuming natural foods containing sodium. With such, people should avoid consuming salts that is contained in most processed foods like hot chips, chorizo, pizzas and other ready made meals.

In keeping with Livelighter (2012)the average daily salt intake should be less than six grams and an average Australian person consumes approximately 9 grams of salt per day. As a method of reducing salt intake, the campaighn advises people that instead of using salt, they should use fresh dried herbs like garlic and ginger to flavor food. While buying processed foods, people should also ensure that they buy foods which per 100g of the product the salt contained is less than 120mg .

Cut back on alcohol

According to Livelighter (2012) its part and parcel of Aussie social culture for individuals to come together as family or friends and share a bottle or two bottles of alcohol. Apart from the normal social and health problems associated with alcohol, most alcohol products are high in energy(kilojoules) that can lead to being obese and overweight. Livelighter (2012) also illustrates that the more a person drink the more his or her body requires minerals and vitamins. On the other hand, alcohol does not have any nutritive value in the human body. Livelighter also illustrates that a standard alcoholic drink unit contains 290 kilojoules. Additionally, some alcohols are sweetened with sugars further adding the kilojoules content in them. In daily life, music plays an important role in improving human’s spirit. Music is a wide topic and heated issue that connect people when talking about it. As people have deep knowledge about all kind of music, they can be able to lengthen a conversation. Music is created by both melody and rhythm in order to make a complete song. There are several styles of music such as: pop, hip-hop, ballad, country and so on. Its tune and meaning also differ from country to country. I love music for many reasons. First, it helps people relax and reduces stress from studying and working environment. For example, when having problems in life, one should listen to favorite music and them make up one’s mind. Second, music helps people in all aspects of life like: movie, business, .… There are an increasing number of famous singer and writer that distribute their money to establish charity fund for the poor. It saves many people’s lives and even improves to create a better living standard. Third, music is not simply rhythm it’s an art. Since music expresses feeling and emotion, it is a tool to heal one’s soul. A good example is that when you are in good mood, you listen to energy rock music; however when you don’t feel like doing anything, you need some relax music as country or romantic country. Human cannot lead a happy life without music cause music is a part of life, it appears on several environments. Nowadays, there are more and more intellectual-property pirates, which leads to suspicion on serious artists. Therefore, if an artist wants to become successful, they have to work on their own and totally commit to their work of art. Music is a diverse topic that many mysteries can be discovered from it; moreover, people have a right to protect and preserve this kind of art.

His real name is Justin Drew Bieber, born in 1994, is a Canadian pop / R & B singer. He is known for his music videos on Youtube. Scooter Braun was watching and became his manager until now. With his good looks and impressive voice, he has been referred to by the fans as the "King of Pop". I also listened to many of Justin's hit songs like Beauty and the Beat, One Time, Never Say Never, .... but among them, I like "Baby" in My World 2.0.

In America, one is not forced to join the military. Everyone volunteers to join the military but not all will be accepted. If the military recruitment finds out that you are underweight, overweight, have gene problems, or mentally unstable, you'll be sent home. Therefore, it's very important to have very good health to join the U.S. military. In order to have good health, you need to eat vegetables, fruits, meat, starch, and dairy every meal. It's very important to eat three meals a day and healthy snacks between meals. Healthy snacks are nuts, protein bars, protein shakes, etc. However, the most important thing to do to have good health is exercise. There are two types of exercises, weightlifting and doing cardio.  Weightlifting allows you to build and tone muscles. Cardio allows you to burn lots of calories and increase your heart rate. Last but not least is sleeping. A night of good 8-hour sleep allows your body to rejuvenate and prevents feeling sluggish or cranky during waking time. These are ways to have good health before you join the U.S. military.

Well, as you know, Vietnamese has a proverb that our health is very important. It's more important than money and it's like gold. Personally, I also agree that health is more important than money because of the following reasons:

Firstly, if we aren't healthy, we can't do anthing. If we don't have health, the children can't play or study and the adult can't go to work. We'll feel tired all day and it's very bored if we just sit and can't do anything.

Secondly, if we are sick and weak (unhealthy), we have to go to see the doctor and maybe we have to stay in the hospital all day if we have serious diseas.

In conclusion, our health is very important. We have to keep us to stay healthy by doing morning exercise regularly, eat healthy food, ... I would argue that our health is the best and it's more important than money.
