SCHOOL RULES
School Regulations
• Students must wear school uniform
• Students must cut their hair according to the school’s regulation – namely, short and natural with no artificial methods.
• Students must not wear cosmetics and other beauty accessories.
• Students must not bring valuable items to the school. If this is violated, the teachers will keep such items, which will only be returned when his/her parents come and collect it/them.
• Students must not keep textbooks and notebooks in the classroom or in the school.
• Students will use the school’s communal areas with care.
• Students will not use lifts unaccompanied by teachers, or without permission.
General Rules
• Students must not leave the school without the school permission. When leaving, students must give a permission card to the school staff.
• When in school, students must not make a loud noise
• Morning orientation will be given after morning assembly. Any advice must be taken and be done so seriously.
• When changing classroom, students must line up and walk quietly.
• When using special classrooms and/or rooms, e.g. computer room, library, infirmary and so on, students must obey each room’s regulations.
• Students must behave appropriately to his/her teachers, staff, friends and other people.
• Students must not visit forbidden places such as club, casino and other unsuitable places for student status.
• Students must not behave in sexually related manners/ways.
• Smoking, drinking and drug possession is strongly prohibited.
• Students must not possess any kind of weapons when in school or in other places.
Arriving and leaving the school
• Students must attend school regularly, as well as attend every subject according to his/her timetable.
• When arriving, students shall pay respect to the Buddha image, as well as to teachers.
• Students must arrive before morning assembly (8.00 a.m.)
• Any student who arrives later than the above must contact the vice-principal (discipline) for permission to attend classes.
• When leaving the school, students must present his/her ID cards to ‘duty teachers’.
• Students must not stay in the school later than 17.30 p.m. unless he/she is allowed to do so.
Absence
• Students must write a letter explaining his/her reasons for absence. Such a letter must have his/her parents’ signature as a confirmation.
• If any student is absent more than three consecutive days, she/he must inform the school office and/or classroom teachers for a record. If sick, a letter from a doctor is required.
• If the above is not carried out, the school assumes that such a student is unreasonably absent from class.
Eating Manners
• Students must line up when buying food from the school snack shops
• Students must sit and eat with a proper manner. Eating while walking is strongly forbidden.
• When finished eating, students must return eating utensils to the school in the areas provided.
• Students must not bring food to his/her classroom.
• Students must keep the school tidy and clean.
Lost and found items
• Students must inform his/her classroom teacher or duty teacher when his/her item is lost.
• When an item is found, it should be given to the classroom or duty teacher to find the owner & return it.
Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked,offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.
Ky Cung – Ta Phu temple is one of the biggest festivals in Lang Son province. It annually takes place on the 22nd through 27th day of the first Lunar month. This festival is held to pay our respects to Than Cong Tai, a head of district who had merit of opening Ky Lua Market to trade with Chinese from the 17th century.
The parade route runs from Ky Cung temple to Ta Phu temple. Local people dressed in colorful and traditional clothes paraded around the city. People go to temples to pray for a better health and a happy life.
Almost families along the streets celebrate big parties and invite guests to have lunch together. Every house also makes offerings, especially a roasted big pig. There are many folk games. The festival attracts many visitors even foreign tourists. This is one of the biggest and most important festivals in Langson.

Lễ hội đền Kỳ Cùng – Tả Phủ là một trong những lễ hội lớn nhất tỉnh Lạng Sơn. Nó thường diễn ra từ ngày 22 đến 27 tháng Giêng. Lễ hội này được tổ chức để thể hiện sự thành kính, biết ơn đối với Thân Công Tài, Quận công, người có công thành lập chợ Kỳ Lừa để giao thương với người Trung Quốc từ thế kỉ 17.
Đoàn người diễu hành từ đền Kỳ Cùng đến đền Tả Phủ. Người dân địa phương trong những bộ trang phục truyền thống và màu sắc đi diễu hành quanh thành phố. Mọi người đến đền để cầu nguyện cho sức khỏe tốt hơn và một cuộc sống hạnh phúc.
Hầu hết các gia đình dọc theo các con phố đều tổ chức những bữa tiệc lớn và mời khách tới dự và ăn trưa cùng nhau. Mỗi nhà cũng thờ cúng nhiều, đặc biệt là một con lợn quay to.
Có rất nhiều trò chơi truyền thống. Lễ hội thu hút rất nhiều du khách, thậm chí cả người nước ngoài. Đây là một trong những lễ hội lớn nhất và quan trọng nhất ở Lạng Sơn.

There are 4 seasons in a year in Ha Noi: The spring, the summer, the autumn and the winter, a season has a special weather type.
The spring make people fell the most comfortable. It is fine and dull, the wind is gentle that glide by my cheek. It’s the season that is warmer than the winter and cooler than the summer. The tree is look full of vitality , many the green leafs, many young buds. Everybody send the best wishes to people that we love in the new year, at that time, having many festival is hold. But, this season is usually appear the drizzle, so the road is dirty and the air in our home is wet.
The summer make people imagine the sea holidays. The temperature is the highest in year, every morning when we get up, the sun‘s come out and in the midday, the sun’s shining ( there’re not a cloud in the sky) , may be in the afternoon: when the sun ‘s just gone in, it raining cats and dog. The weather in this season is the same kinky girl. So, people will escape it by the way: finding the tourist attraction is near the sea, see the white sand in a beach, fell the cool air under the heat wave. However, many terrible storm in this time.
The autumn is a roman season. The yellow leaf is full of the road, everyone wear the simple clothes. Having couples are married, they take a album wedding in the old street. But, in the morning, it have many foggy- will be difficult to see the road, it’s dry- easy to fire. Sometimes, it had a heavy rain, sometimes it haven’t had any rain for a fortnight .
The winter is very cool. In Ha Noi hasn’t the snow, the sleet or the ice but we feel the chilly. We have to wear many clothes to go out. Whenever we also want to sleep, eat the hot food, not touch the water. So, we often busy in the end of the year to complete the work and come back home with our family.
Now, the weather is starting cool, we can live lazier.

Hello everyone, my name is Quynh Anh. I am twelve years old. I am from Ngoc Thanh Village, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province. Today, I am very happy to tell you about my school. My school is Le Quy Don. It is in Luong Bang town, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province. It is very beautiful and big. There are twelve classrooms and eight function rooms in my shool. My school has five hundred and twenty-five students and thirty-two teachers. Students in my school are very good. They come from around Kim Dong district. Our teachers teach very well. At school, I learn many subject such as : Math, Literature, English, Art, Music,...In Math lessons, I learn how to count. In English classes, I learn how to speak English. In Music lessons, I sing songs. In Art classes, I draw pictures. So on...In all subject, I like English best because it's very interesting and important for me. At breaks, I have a lots activities : skipping rope, hiding and seeking, chatting with friends, so on...Each day at school is a happy day. I love my school very much.

When you visit Viet Nam, you should visit the temple of literature-the Imperial Academy.
The temple of literature was built in 1070 by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong. It's one of the most historic and cultural sites of Viet Nam. Beside the temple of literature is the Imperial Academy. It was founded in 1076 by the Emperor Ly Nhan Tong. It's the first university in Viet Nam. Many kings, Emperors and scholars worked to develop the university. One of the most famous teachers in the Imperial Academy is Chu Van An(1292-1370). He was born in Thanh Tri district. He taught many tallented and sucessfull students for the nation.
In the temple of literature, there are 82 doctors' stone tablets. It was founded by Emperor Le Thanh Tong in 1484. In 2010, it was recognised by UNESCO . The most special about the temple of literature is 4 statues (Chu Van An, Ly Thanh Tong,Ly Nhan Tong and Le Thanh Tong). It's the represent of the founders and developers of the temple of literature.

My school is very good having four storey building. It is like a temple where we go daily to study. First of all in the early morning, we pray to God for our better study and say good morning to our class teacher. Then we start study according to our syllabus. I like to go school daily. My school has very strict discipline which we need to follow on regular basis. I like my school dress very much. It is situated around 2 km away from my sweet home. I go to school by yellow school bus. My school is located at very peaceful place and away from the pollution, noise, dust, noise and smoke of the city.

School is the temple of learning and get trained for the professional and social life. My school was set up in 1990 on the donated land with the help of donated money. My school atmosphere is very pleasant and school environment is very clean and attractive. My school building is located in the centre of the play ground. On one side of the school there is a big garden having small pond. There are many colourful fish and other water animals in this pond. My school is four storey building having classes for nursery to 12th class students.
My school has one big library, principal office, head office, clerk office, one science laboratory, one computer lab, one common study room, one big lobby, teacher common room, one big sports ground, separate hostel for girls and boys in the school campus. My school has highly qualified and experienced teachers who teach us in very effective and creative manner. My school has around one thousand students who always rank higher in the competitions held outside the school or inside the school. We all go to school in the proper uniform. We have two types of the uniform, one common uniform and other house uniform.
My school timing starts at 7.50 am in the morning and 1.30 pm in the afternoon in the summer season and 8.50 am in the morning and 3.30 pm in the evening in the winter season. We daily go to the library for sometime where we practice reading creative books and newspaper for enhancing our skill and general knowledge.
My School is located very close around 1km from my home. It looks very clean and peaceful. My school is like a temple where we go daily, pray to God and study for 6 hrs a day. My school teacher is very nice ad teaches us very politely. My school has strict norms of study, hygiene and uniform. I like to go school daily as my mother says that it is very necessary to go to school daily and follow all the discipline. School is a temple of learning where we very creatively involved in the learning process. We learn other things too with our study like discipline, manners, behave well, punctuality and many more etiquette.
The atmosphere of my school is wonderful where lots of natural scenery and greenery are available. There is a large garden and pond having fish, frog, colourful flowers, trees, decorative trees, green grass etc. Other things like big play ground, large open spaces all around the school give my school a natural beauty. There is a facility of cricket net, basket ball court and skating ground as well. My school follows CBSE board norms. My school provides facility of classes to students from nursery to 12th class. My school principal is very strict about school discipline, hygiene and cleanliness.
My school provides bus facility to the students which are located far from the school. All students assemble in the play ground in the morning and do Morning Prayer and then disperse to their respective class rooms. My school provides admission to nursery class (around 2000) students every year. I have different teachers for my different classes like P.T, Maths, English, Hindi, G.K., music, dancing, painting and drawing. My school has a big library, stationery shop and canteen inside the school campus. My school organizes an annual function for all classes every year which we must participate.

My school is very grand having three storeys impressively structured building and located in the centre of city. It is situated around 3 km from my home and I go to school by bus. My school is one of the best schools in the state I live. It is located at very peaceful place without any pollution, noise and dust. School building has two staircases at both ends which lead us to every floor. It has well equipped and big library, well instrumented science lab and one computer lab at first floor. At ground floor there is a school auditorium where all the annual functions, meetings, PTM, dance competitions takes place.
Principal office, head office, clerk room, staff room and common study room are located at ground floor. My school has two big cemented basketball courts in front of the school principal office while football field lies in the side of it. My school has a small green garden, in front of the head office, full of colourful flowers and decorative plants which enhance the beauty of the entire school complex. Around 1500 students have taken admission in my school. They always rank higher in any inter-school competitions.
The study norms of my school are very creative and innovative which helps us in understanding any tough matters very easily. Our teachers teach us very sincerely and tell us everything practically. My school ranks first in any programme like inter-school cultural pursuits and sports activities. My school celebrates all the important days of the year such as Sports Day, Teacher’s Day, Parents’ Day, Children’s Day, School Anniversary Day, Founder’s Day, Republic Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Mother’s Day, Annual function, Happy New Year, Mahatma Gandhi Birthday, etc in a grand manner.
We participate in the co-curricular activities such as swimming, scouting, N.C.C., school band, skating, singing, dancing, etc. Students having unfair behavior and undisciplined activities are punished by the class teacher as per the school norms. Our principal takes classes of every student daily in the meeting hall for 10 minutes to deal with our character formation, etiquette, moral education, acquiring good values and respecting others. Our school time is very interesting and enjoyable as we do lots of creative and practical works daily. Our oral assessment of storytelling, singing, poem recitation, conversation in Hindi and English is taken by the class teacher on daily basis. So, my school is the best school of the world.

I study in Cambridge School which is one of the best schools of London. It has a stone building. It has all facilities a good school should have-well furnished classrooms, laboratories, library and playground.
As we enter the school, there is a playground to our left and a small garden to our right. When we enter the building, the Principal’s room and the office room are to the left and the staff room to the right side. These are well furnished. There are thirty four classrooms. Our labs are well equipped. Our library has books almost on all subjects. Our Librarian is also very helpful.
Our school, like all schools, has a prescribed uniform. We have to wear white or cream cotton shirts, light-blue trousers, black shoes and white socks. Girls have to wear white blouses and light-blue skirts in primary and middle classes and white shirts and light-grey skirts in higher classes. They have to tie white ribbon also.
In our school special attention is paid to behavior, cleanliness and punctuality. The most well behaved, neat and punctual student is awarded a prize at the Annual Day function.
Our Principle is a strict disciplinarian. He takes the help of P. T. Teachers too. If any one violates the rules, and is not in uniform, or makes mischief, he gets punished. But he is fair and loving. He tries to find out the reason and guides us.
Our teachers are also quite strict. They teach us with great care, check our note-books, help us when we need but if we are inattentive and don’t work properly, then we are punished.
I like my school very much and I am proud that I belong to it. I shall never forget it.
