I think there is one person who deserves to be the leader, that is Quoc Anh. With enthusiasm for the Hoc24 website, he has a lot of experience and is trusted by teachers to assign many important tasks. He is so enthusiastic that at 12 o'clock at night he still works for Hoc24. That is a shining example for us to follow! He also gets along very well with the other members, not alienating or feeling inferior to them. I admire his talent and determination and I hope he becomes a great leader.

In my opinion, a good leader is someone who:

+ Speak can be done.

+ Listen to the people around you.

+ No discrimination. 

+ Know how to plan.

+ Know how to inspire people around.

 Opening sentence:

Unlike many people who think being a leader is great, they try to find ways to become a leader just because they want to be majestic. But they made a mistake because being a leader is not easy. A real leader has the following good qualities:

+ Communication: Be kind to members and people around

+ Personality: Making reasonable decisions, right, satisfying members.

+ Group meeting: listen to members' opinions and then come to the right conclusion.

+ When dealing with dangerous situations: Don't worry, don't panic, but depend on your skills to find a solution.

+ When the group is in danger: Use yourself to protect the group, not afraid to take risks.

=> The nature of a leader is to be compassionate, intelligent and know how to choose a good direction for the group.

+ phải khôn ngoan trong tất cả mn việc chung và nhất là trong những tình huống hiểm nghèo 

+ luôn luôn quan tâm những vấn đề khó khăn mà thành viên gặp phải

+ phải  biết tin` tưởng đồng đội của mình
