If you walk past local parks or public squares around 5:30 AM, you will see many seniors gathering to practice Tai Chi, stretch, or go for brisk morning walks together. It is not just about keeping fit—it's also a great way for them to socialize with friends.

Family plays a central role in their daily lives. Multi-generational households are still very common here, so many grandparents live with their children and grandchildren. They take immense joy in helping look after the kids, cooking traditional meals, and passing down family stories and life lessons to the younger generation.

During the daytime, after finishing light household chores, older folks love spending time sipping warm green tea, playing chess, or chatting with neighbors. Their lifestyle is generally peaceful, family-oriented, and focused on maintaining a strong sense of community.

In VietNam, there are many tourist attraction and my favorite one is Ha Long Bay. It’s one of the most natural wonders in VietNam. It’s located in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. You can go here by bus or ship. There are many island and caves here. Ha Long has a famous beach that is Tuan Chau. Here, tourists can enjoy great seafood or join in many exciting activities. Some people like to buy interesting things in the markets. I’d like to go here because it’s a beautiful and peaceful place where I can enjoy the summer holiday with my family. To sum up, I love HA LONG BAY so much.
