Tò he là một đồ chơi dân gian truyền thống của Việt Nam, được nặn thủ công từ bột gạo nhuộm màu. Tò he thường có hình con vật, nhân vật cổ tích, nhân vật lịch sử hoặc truyện tranh, gắn trên một que tre.

- Nguồn gốc: Xuất hiện từ lâu đời, nổi tiếng nhất là làng Xuân La (Phú Xuyên, Hà Nội)

- Đối tượng: Chủ yếu dành cho trẻ em, thường thấy ở hội làng, chợ quê, lễ hội

- Đặc điểm: Bột gạo đã được hấp chín, ngày xưa có thể ăn được (nay chủ yếu để chơi và trưng bày)

Quy tắc 9: Các từ có đuôi: ate, -cy, -ty, -phy, -gy

Đối với các từ tận cùng bằng đuôi ate, -cy, -ty, -phy, -gy có 2 âm tiết thì trọng âm sẽ nhấn vào âm tiết thứ nhất, có 3 âm tiết trở lên thì trọng âm nhấn vào âm tiết thứ 3 từ cuối lên.

Quy tắc 10: Các từ kết thúc bằng đuôi: -ade, -ee, -ese, -eer, -ette, -oo, -oon , -ain, -esque, -isque, -aire , -mental, -ever, -self → trọng âm nhấn vào chính các đuôi này

Quy tắc 11: Các từ chỉ số lượng có đuôi -teen thì nhấn trọng âm vào đuôi -teen, đuôi -ty thì trọng âm rơi vào âm tiết ngay trước nó

Quy tắc 12: Các âm tiết: sist, cur, vert, test, tain, tract, vent → Trọng âm rơi vào chính nó
