Topic 1: The advantages of living a healthy lifestyle
Living a healthy lifestyle brings many benefits to our lives. First, it helps prevent serious illnesses like heart disease and diabetes. When we eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly, our immune system becomes stronger. Second, a healthy lifestyle improves mental health. We feel more energetic, positive, and less stressed after doing sports. Finally, it helps us maintain a fit body weight. In short, staying healthy allows us to enjoy life more and live longer.
Topic 2: Family traditions or customs at New Year
My family has several meaningful traditions during the New Year. Before Tet, we always clean the house together to remove bad luck from the previous year. We also decorate the living room with peach blossoms. On New Year's Eve, the whole family gathers to eat a special meal and watch fireworks. On the first day of the year, we visit our grandparents to wish them longevity. These customs help us bond and preserve our culture.

P = \(x^4\) + 2025\(x^2\) + 2024\(x+2025\)
P = \(x^4+2025x^2+2025x-x+2025\)
P = (\(x^4\) - \(x\)) + (2025\(x^2\) + 2025\(x\) + 2025)
P = \(x\left(x^3-1\right)\) + 2025.(\(x^2\) + \(x\) + 1)
P = \(x\).(\(x-1\))(\(x^2+x+1\)) + 2025(\(x^2+x+1\))
P = (\(x^2+x+1\))(\(x^2-x+2025\))
Phân tích đa thức \(P = x^{4} + 2025 x^{2} + 2024 x + 2025\).
Ta nhóm các hạng tử:
\(P = \left(\right. x^{4} + 2024 x \left.\right) + \left(\right. 2025 x^{2} + 2025 \left.\right) = x \left(\right. x^{3} + 2024 \left.\right) + 2025 \left(\right. x^{2} + 1 \left.\right)\).
Tiếp tục quan sát, có thể thử tách theo kiểu \(P = \left(\right. x^{2} + 1 \left.\right) \left(\right. x^{2} + 2025 \left.\right) + 2024 x\).
\(P = \left(\right. x - 1 \left.\right) \left(\right. x^{3} + x^{2} + 2026 x + 2025 \left.\right)\).
Như vậy, đa thức đã được phân tích thành nhân tử:
\(P = \left(\right. x - 1 \left.\right) \left(\right. x^{3} + x^{2} + 2026 x + 2025 \left.\right)\).

Topic 1: Describe a custom in your family
One special custom in my family is having a big meal together on the first day of Tet. Every year, all members of my family, including grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts, and cousins, gather at my grandparents’ house. Early in the morning, we help prepare traditional dishes such as bánh chưng, boiled chicken, spring rolls, and pickled onions. After everything is ready, we sit around the table and enjoy the meal together. During the meal, the adults give lucky money to the children and wish each other good health and happiness for the new year. This custom is very meaningful to me because it gives everyone a chance to spend time together, share stories, and strengthen family bonds. It also helps me feel connected to my culture and reminds me of the importance of family love.
One of my favorite street foods is pho, the famous Vietnamese noodle soup. Even though it’s often served in restaurants, you can find some of the best bowls at small street stalls early in the morning. The dish is made with flat rice noodles, a clear and fragrant broth, and either beef or chicken. What makes pho special is the way the broth is cooked for hours with spices like star anise, cinnamon, and cloves, giving it a deep, comforting flavor.
When you sit down at a street stall, you usually get a basket of fresh herbs—basil, mint, and bean sprouts—that you can add to your bowl. A squeeze of lime and a bit of chili sauce make it even more delicious. I love pho because it feels both light and filling at the same time. It warms you up, especially on cool mornings, and it’s something that brings people together, since many locals enjoy it as a daily breakfast.
For me, pho is more than just food—it’s a cultural experience. Eating it on the street, surrounded by the sounds of motorbikes and chatter, makes it taste even better. That’s why it’s one of my favorite street foods.
