Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, and I am the same. One of my strengths is that I am hardworking and responsible. When I have a task, I try my best to finish it on time. I am also friendly, so I can work well in a team. However, I have some weaknesses. Sometimes I am not confident when I speak in front of many people. I also worry too much about small mistakes. Because of this, I may feel stressed. I am trying to improve by practicing public speaking and thinking more positively. I believe that understanding myself helps me become better each day.
