Being a volunteer is one of the best things you can do with your life. It's a great way to help other people. It's also very satisfying to know that you are not wasting your time and are helping people who need help.

Many of us could and should be out there doing voluntary activities of some kind. So many volunteer organizations need extra hands. It really is easy. Just pick up the phone and offer your services.

I think too many of us settle into a lazy lifestyle. We just want to come home and watch TV. Life is much more interesting when you're a volunteer.

I've found it really opens your eyes to how some people live. It's sometimes sad to see how the government lets people down, but at least I'm doing my bit.

Community service and volunteer work are great things to add to your résumé.  This is especially true if you don’t have a lot of paid job experience.  There are a couple of different ways to use community service and volunteer work on your résumé.  How you use it depends on how much time you spent with the volunteer organizations.

Some people meet their community service requirements by spending a few hours or a few days volunteering with a lot of different places.  If you did this, you should just include a list of all the places you volunteered in a basic ‘volunteer experience’ section of your résumé. This lets you show all the places you have volunteered, but doesn’t give information on what you did there.

If you volunteered with one place for a longer period of time, you can include a more expanded volunteer section of your résumé. If you use this option, you can show how long you volunteered with the agency and what kind of work you did there.  This section looks a lot like a normal ‘work experience’ section, but lists only your unpaid work. This will show what you learned and accomplished through your community service.

Habitat is a global concern. Environmental pollution and the harmful effects it has on the lives of more and more severe. So to protect the green environment - clean - beautiful is the task of all of all people.

Everyone knows that the environment has a great significance and is extremely important. Environment is the atmosphere, the food, the ecological balance is guaranteed for the life of man. Familiar surroundings and close to us as friends is indispensable in life. But for the immediate interests, man has mistreated the environment, even deliberately damage the environment without knowing that doing so is self-destructive life of his own.

Deforestation, littering, waste water discharge, waste of prescribed occupations of factories and enterprises ... are the cause of serious environmental pollution, directly affecting the lives of children cool. Earth's climate is heating up in an unusual way, and more and more extreme is the cause of natural disasters such as storms, tsunamis, landslides mountains, flash floods, mudslides, droughts ... increasingly intense happening around the world, leaving the terrible harm of incalculable wealth and lives. It is a frightening fact that everyone knows by means of modern tradition.

Mankind must do this in order to save the environment?. There are many solutions, but the problem is still the leading educational advocacy to raise awareness about the importance of the environment and the sense of responsibility of each citizen before the community. Firstly, we must preserve the surrounding environment for clean, not littering the streets, the public places. This small but not easy, to practice the self-consciousness often. The factories have been relocated job away from residential areas. The exhaust fumes, waste water, waste must be checked regularly and continuously prescribed. If factories profession intentional violation, the State must treat very severe punishment, or even revoke operating licenses or prosecution under the law. Protecting the environment is not reserved for a preordained mission. Book is one part of my beautiful life and reading books is my favourite hobby. I like detective story best, especially Detective Conan and Detective Sherlock Holmes. My favourite talk is "When you have eliminated the impossible whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth" This talk means "Sau khi đã loại bỏ những điều không thể thì khả năng còn lại, dù vô lý đến đâu, cũng chính là sự thật." Books are like my friends who can teach me many things over the world. A good book is the way to live another life. You are never alone when you read a great book! Any one who says they have only one life to live, must not how to read a book. All in all, I like reading books alot. You can share hobby with me!

Being a summer volunteer is one of the good things we can do in our student time. Instead of wasting our time playing games or wandering with our friends, we can join the Blue Summer campaign at schools. By doing so, we can become young volunteers to help people who are in need. I always remember last summer when our volunteer team had been to a poor countryside. That place even lacked of clean water and electricity, while in many other places people are wasting them. After a day of resting, we started to clean up the old school together, attended in the project of reconstructing a number of local bridges which funded by donors. We lived in some of the houses of the local people, and we spent time doing house chores, playing, and eating together. Although their lives are lacking of materials, their hearts are full of love and kindness. We helped them with our strength and the ebullient spirit of youth, and in return they took care of us so we could be safe and happy while we were away from home. After a month and a half, we successfully restored an old school and one bridge, and we built one more small new bridge. These things really helped children at that place had a better educational environment, and people had an easier road to go to work. Local people were very excited with those new constructions, and we promised to come back next summer to bring better things. When the volunteer trip ended, my parents were very happy when I came back home safely. I felt so proud of myself because I could prove that I was a mature person by helping other people. Summer is coming soon, and I cannot wait to be on my next volunteer trip together with my friends.

Chúng tôi sống tại một số nhà người dân địa phương, và chúng tôi cùng dành thời gian làm các công việc vặt, vui chơi và ăn uống cùng nhau. Tuy cuộc sống họ thiếu thốn về vật chất, nhưng trái tim họ lại đong đầy tình yêu và lòng nhân ái. Chúng tôi giúp họ với sức lực và tinh thần sôi nổi của tuổi trẻ, đổi lại họ chăm sóc chúng tôi để chúng tôi có thể được an toàn và vui vẻ khi sống xa nhà. Những điều đó thật sự giúp các em nhỏ có một môi trường giáo dục tốt hơn, và người dân có một tuyến đường để đi làm dễ dàng hơn. Người dân địa phương rất hào hứng với các công trình đó, và chúng tôi đã hứa sẽ quay lại vào mùa hè năm sau để mang đến nhiều điều tốt đẹp hơn. Khi chuyến tình nguyện kết thúc, bố mẹ tôi rất vui mừng khi tôi trở về nhà an toàn. Tôi cảm thấy rất tự hào về bản thân vì tôi đã có thể chứng minh mình là một người trưởng thành thông qua việc giúp đỡ người khác. Mùa hè đang đến gần, và tôi không thể đợi để tiếp tục chuyến đi tình nguyện cùng với các bạn của mình.

     We have done some volunteer works such as donate clothes and money for poor and sick children. We want to do it because they will be very happy when they receive the gifts. They will have clothes to wear in the winter. They can be cured and go to school with our money. We have made decorations and postcards, then sell them to get money. We feel very happy because we can help other people.
