The house I am living in is situated in the suburb of Hanoi city, within thirty minutes drive off the city center. We have lived there for more than twenty years. This is a fairly large house surrounded with a beautiful garden.
My house consists of four bed-rooms, a living-room, a bathroom with a shower, a dinning-room, a kitchen and a toilet. It is air-conditioned and well-furnished. The living-room is decorated beautifully. Paintings by famous artists are hung on the walls. At night, the color neon lights increase the beauty and coziness of the room. There, on Sundays and holidays my father usually spends his time playing chess or drinking tea with his friends. My mother and my younger sisters are kind and hard-working women. They often keep the house clean and tidy.
On hot days of summer, we usually take meals in the garden, under a big tree. It is fairly cool and quiet here. We enjoy our meals in the melodious twitters of birds. On stormy and rainy nights, all family members gather in the living-room, watching television or telling each other about their daily activities.
I love my house very much because it is the place where I was born and have grown up in the education of my father and in the tender loving care of my mother. I have spent my whole childhood in the love and affection of my dear ones with so many sweet memories.

The village has always been known to be a place of peace and quiet. The scattered houses among hundreds of plants and trees at once indicate the lack of activity in the village. The workers in the village leave their homes early in the morning to work in the plantations or towns nearby. Some have their own plantations, and some make certain arles in their homes to sell them in the towns. A few of the villagers, including women, go out to catch fish in the streams and rivers found in the village. Though the people of the village do not usually earn much, yet they seem to be contented.
In the afternoon, most of the villagers are at home. Some of them take a nap after lunch; some work in their small gardens, and some visit the small shops in the village. In various parts of the village children may be seen playing the popular games of the village. Occasionally, a cyclist passes by. Then, in the evening, the villagers meet one another. Some play cards and other types of games peculiar to the village. Some talk about the day's incidents in the village, and those whose minds go beyond the village discuss world events.
In almost every village there is a headman whose duty is to settle quarrels among the villagers and maintain peace in the village. Personally, If I had a choice between a villa in the city and a small house with garden surrounding, the latter would seem better to me.

Tên tôi là Long và tôi là một Việt Nam. Tôi hai mươi bốn tuổi. Tôi sống ở thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, miền Nam Việt Nam.
Tôi có một gia đình lớn với sáu người. Tôi có hai chị gái và một em trai. Hai chị tôi lớn tuổi hơn và em trai tôi nhỏ tuổi hơn tôi. Cha tôi là một giáo viên tại một trường cấp 2. Ông đã làm việc 35 năm trong lĩnh vực này và ông là hình mẫu lớn nhất của tôi trong cuộc sống. Mẹ tôi là một bà nội trợ. Bà rất hiền và thực sự rất giỏi nấu ăn. Tôi yêu gia đình của tôi nhiều lắm.

Năm năm sau, tôi muốn trở thành một người quản lý dự án của một dự án xây dựng. Là một người quản lý dự án, mục tiêu chính của tôi là quản lý con người, ngân sách theo quy định và đưa ra quyết định cho tất cả mọi vấn đề. Tôi cũng muốn nói tiếng Anh lưu loát để có thể làm việc với những người từ các nước khác nhau.

As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city. While urban security situation is always complicated with all kinds of crimes, rural areas are much more secure because most of countrymen are friendly and ready to help one another.
Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things
are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.

Un the city, the scenery in the countryside is peaceful and fresh. Along both sides of the red dirt road are golden rice fields, stretching to the eye. Sometimes I come across a small village on the side of the road with sparse houses. Perhaps the fertile soil has made the orchards here become incredibly lush and incredibly beautiful. Ba said: "You know, in the olden days of the war, the land of Ba Tri was plowed up by bombs and plows. The most admirable thing was the patriotism and courage of the farmers here. Everyone was real. would rather be naive, but they are determined to keep their homeland. " Listening to his father, I appreciated the land and the tenacious people of Ba Tri.

My parents gave me a trip to Sapa as a present for my effort in the previous school year and the trip was an unforgettable memory to me. My family got there in the morning when the weather was cool but it began to become warmer at noon and in the afternoon but in the evening, the outside was quite cold and even having snow at night. It was such an amazing experience that I really enjoyed it. We also went sightseeing and the natural beauty here took my breath away. The roman and peaceful atmosphere with ranges of mountains surrounded by fog soon made a strong impression on me. I also had an opportunity to try seating on a cable car and enjoyed how breathtaking the view was.That was the first time in my life that I could see mountain, forests and waterfalls with my own eyes.The next day, my mom and I spent time going to the market where many of activities took place and I bought some souvenirs as gifts for my close friend. Especially, I was totally surprised at the ability of speaking English of local residents, especially small children. Besides, I also had a chance to try local food such as Sapa Cap Nach Pork, bamboo sky rice, Tao Meo Wine… Each has its unique flavors that all satisfied my tastes. Finally my family had to say goodbye to Sapa but I still hope to come back here one day in a nearest future.

Khung cảnh yên bình và lãng mạn với những dãy núi bao quanh là sương đã để lại ấn tượng mạnh với mình. Mình cũng có cơ hội được ngồi trên cáp treo và tận hưởng vẻ đẹp đến nghẹt thở của khung cảnh nơi đây. Đó là lần đầu tiên trong cuộc đời mình được tận mắt nhìn thấy núi, rừng và thác nước. Ngày tiếp theo mẹ và mình đã dành thời gian đi chợ nơi có rất nhiều hoạt động diễn ra và mình đã mua đồ lưu niệm để làm quà cho bạn thân. Đặc biệt mình rất ngạc nhiên với khả năng nói tiếng anh của người dân nơi đây, đặc biệt là trẻ em nhỏ. Bên cạnh đó mình cũng có cơ hội được thưởng thức đồ ăn đặc sản nơi đây như là thịt lợn cạp nách sapa, cơm lam và rượu táo mèo...Mỗi món ăn có mùi vị riêng và chúng đều hợp với khẩu vị của mình. Cuối cùng gia đình mình phải nói lời chia tay với Sapa và mình có thể quay trở lại nơi đây một ngày nào đó trong một tương lai không xa.

My Countryside
I live in a peaceful countryside area in Vietnam. It is a beautiful place with green fields, fresh air, and friendly people. Although life in the countryside is not as modern and busy as in big cities, I love my hometown because it gives me a feeling of comfort, safety, and happiness.
The first thing that visitors often notice about my countryside is its natural beauty. Everywhere there are rice fields stretching across the land. Besides rice fields, there are many gardens filled with fruit trees such as mango, guava, banana, and jackfruit. Small rivers and ponds can also be seen around the village, making the scenery even more attractive.
The weather in my countryside is quite pleasant. In spring, flowers bloom and the trees become greener. Summer is warm and sunny, which is suitable for farming activities.
